EDUCATION: Together we can engage our youthful singers in an inclusive community concert setting so that they might become the music lovers and performers of tomorrow.

COMMUNITY: Most citizens believe that the presence in the community of live, professional performing arts groups like the BCF improves the quality of life, promotes understanding of our own and other cultures, and fosters pride in the community. VISION: Together we can grow the BCF into a true community tradition. Our exciting future plans include the expansion of the Festival to include a juried fine arts event, a summer workshop for high school, church, and community choirs, and a combined-choirs performance in advance of the annual BCF concert.
